Project Details
Composting and vermi-composting (using worms) are typically done in a batch process. We design efficient composting processes that can be operated in either batch, semi-continuous or continuous modes.
Our garden unit above is designed for composting and growing vegetables. The core tube is a composter unit where you can feed waste materials from the top and collect compost from the bottom outlet. Excess water and vermi-leachate are collected for water and nutrient recycling.
We built in sensors for IoT application for effective monitoring of vegetable growth. Key features such as moisture content, pH, T and light can be controlled at your fingertips. Depending on the scale of application, our composter can be any shape and size.
We run regular composting workshops to educate urban dwellers to turn their organic wastes into beneficial compost. As the tagline goes- Turn your spoil into soil!
