Project Details
We have several prototypes of anaerobic digesters for different amounts of daily feedstock input. We custom design the unit based on your needs such as for a waste treatment process alone or with biogas and fertilizer generation.
Low cost DIY units of 1m3 volume (pictured above) are also available for a quick on-site application. Our simple and practical process approach can be easily adopted by anyone.
Solid remains from the process or termed as digestate can we used as biofertilizer directly, but we prefer to add that to compost piles for a superior compost product.
Our advanced digester unit is an all-in-one modular unit for on-site waste treatment as well as biogas polishing and utilization.
The treated biogas can be used directly for heating or converted into electricity. Due to pending design and process patent, we are currently unable to display the unit.
