Project: Mini Solar Fish Farm.
Recipient: Durian farmer community, Beruas, Perak, Malaysia

Background: When Mr. Azman, the project host lost his job as a book supplier due to school closures during the COVID Pandemic, he decided to return to his hometown in Beruas. Together with his family members and close friends, they decided to start a durian orchard as a new way of life.

Project Purpose: To generate aquaculture products via a low-cost setup that utilizes solar energy and simultaneously empowering the villagers with new knowledge and life skills. The sludge waste can be used directly as organic fertilizer for durian orchard.
